Rugged spun steel construction with high-end counterweight and pulley system with a durable Bellwether Antique Copper finish. This is the sort of chandelier you would have seen in farmhouses C1900 to the early 1950's. Why they fell into disuse is a mystery to me because of their very useful functionality.
