Airtight Construction: Meets airtight requirements for 2.0 CFM or less air leakage.
Inner Housing: Double wall aluminum construction helps dissipate heat. The inner housing can be adjusted in the plaster frame to compensate for various ceiling thicknesses.
Socket: Fixed position porcelain socket with nickel plated brass screw shell provides consistent lamp positioning.
Quick Hit: Integral captive nails included and positioned for fast, easy installation.
Plaster Frame: Galvanized and steel construction. The housing can be removed from the plaster frame to provide access to the junction box. Plaster frame includes locking screws for hanger bars and cutouts for crimping hanger bars in position.
Bar Hanger: Break-away bar hangers easily extend and will not fall out of plaster flange, providing sturdy installation.
Listed for through branch circuit wiring. Positioned to accommodate straight conduct runs. Seven conduit knockouts are uniform 1/2" size with true pryout slots. Four Romex pryouts with integral strain relief also included.
